Running Back: Kansas City

At the pace Kareem Hunt is going, the KC Chiefs will win this category every week.

Through two games Hunt has 355 total yards from scrimmage and five total touchdowns. Hunt has become a household name and a fan favorite in less than a month.

His counterpart, Melvin Gordon, has 157 yards from scrimmage and two touchdowns on the season. If Hunt stays healthy, he will end the season with better numbers than Gordon has had over his first two seasons.

With the emergence of Kareem Hunt, there is no other way to go here.

Wide Receiver: Los Angeles

The Chiefs may not have a Keenan Allen, but the Chargers don’t have a Tyreek Hill either. As far as the season comparisons, the Chiefs narrowly have the edge statistically.

I am cautious to say Chris Conley is a decent number two, but he seems to be. He’s no Tyrrell Williams though. Both receivers are in their third year. Williams has over 1,200 yards receiving and eight touchdowns. Conley has under 900 yards and a touchdown.

Easy decision here.
