Kansas City Chiefs: 5 Things To Watch

#3 Will Kareem Hunt keep things rolling?

Your early favorite to win Rookie Of The Year is Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt. The rookie out Toledo currently leads the NFL in rushing yards and total touchdowns. He has shown an impressive array of abilities to start the season. However, the word is now out on Hunt, and opponents will be gameplanning for him.

The Kansas City offense still relies very much on the running game. As we saw last week, when the team wasn’t able to move the ball on the ground, the entire offense went stagnant. However, when they are rolling on the ground, the Chiefs offense looks like a juggernaut.

It’s tough to know just what kind of defense the Chargers have this early in the year. However, there is plenty of talent on the roster. The Chiefs will have to contend with some very talented players in the front seven. With LA likely preparing for Kareem Hunt this week, it is very likely he’ll see his toughest test yet.
