. . . SECOND HALF OFFENSE. A

After a woeful first half offensively for the Chiefs in which they only put up six points off of two field goals, the unit came alive in the second half. The Chiefs scored all three of their touchdowns in the second half and looked like a totally different team than what we saw in the first and second quarters.

The fourth quarter has been kind to the Chiefs.

Smith had a key play where he scrambled out of what looked to be a guaranteed sack for the Eagles and wound up with a first down. That was the turning point for the Chiefs in this game, as they’d get a touchdown on that drive.

That was the drive where we saw Kelce leap into the end zone to put the Chiefs up 20-13. The icing on the cake was another big run from Kareem Hunt where he barreled into the end zone. It was like a totally different offense in the second half.

The fourth quarter has been kind to the Chiefs, as they’ve now scored 35 points in their two fourth quarter outings so far and limiting their opponents to just ten points. I like what I’m seeing here.
