Alex Smith Still Sucks ~ Clay Wendler
Oh, we all had to know this was coming. Kansas City Chiefs fans have gotten used to the nonsense that is the delusional ravings of the world’s biggest Alex Smith hater. Clay Wendler has dedicated himself to being the guy that looks for any excuse to jump all over the Chiefs quarterback. Can you be a fan when you root for the quarterback to fail?

What we of average (dare I say even above average?) intelligence all realize is that the Chiefs offensive line struggled against the Eagles front seven on Sunday. Alex Smith was under duress for much of the game. However, Smith also came through with some very clutch plays and ultimately had himself a pretty good day.
Alex Smith is currently fifth in the NFL in passing yards and second in touchdowns. Last time I checked, that was considered pretty good. Now by no means was this week’s game as good as the opener, but it was a far cry from Alex Smith being awful.
Don’t bother telling Clay that though…it’ll just get you blocked.
