SIT ‘EM #2

56. . Running Back. Bengals. Whoever you have at running back. 2. player

The Bengals have a running back by committee and no one really stepped up and grabbed the number one role last weekend. Between Giovani Bernard, Jeremy Hill, and Joe Mixon, I wouldn’t recommend starting any of them for this game until their roles are further cemented.

Until the Bengals running back situation has worked itself out, I’d keep these three guys on the bench.

Bernard led the day on rushing, but only with 40 yards. Hill had 26 yards and Mixon had just nine yards. None of those are exactly the type of performances that are going to instill confidence with fantasy owners.

Until the Bengals running back situation has worked itself out, I’d keep these three guys on the bench. While many think Mixon could become the unquestioned starter, he only had nine yards on eight carries, so he had chances to prove himself, but didn’t.

This is tough too because the Texans rush defense allowed Leonard Fournette to put up 100 yards on the ground last week. The difference is that Fournette was the starter and got the bulk of the carries. He wasn’t splitting time with two other guys.

Sit any Bengals running backs you might have for this game.
