K-State Vs Vanderbilt will be on the agenda next and there should be a lot more excitement directed at that game. It’ll be against an SEC team for one and should provide more challenges to the Wildcats.

More from Kansas State Wildcats

Get ready for some more Big 12 vs SEC football next week! K-State travels to face the 2-0 Vanderbilt Commodores in Nashville Tennessee for a 6:30 pm central time kickoff.

Vanderbilt is a bottom team in the SEC, but they could surprise some people. They have a star running back in Ralph Webb and a returning quarterback in Kyle Shurmur.  So far, they have a good road victory against Middle Tennessee State and throttled an overmatched Alabama A&M.

Expect a thrilling game and one that K-State should be able to come out on top if they are to maintain their dark-horse Big 12 champion status. After watching Oklahoma take down the second-ranked Ohio State, however, the Kansas State Wildcats are going to have their work cut out for them.
