Fantasy Football 2017: Thursday Night Football Start Em Sit Em Week 1
START ‘EM
Travis Kelce made all of his fantasy owners pretty happy last year, putting up the best stats in all of fantasy football for a tight end. Now it’s worth noting that Rob Gronkowski was injured for most of the 2016 season, but still… Kelce killed it in fantasy football.
While Kelce can be either really hot or really cold on the field (mainly due to having Alex Smith as his quarterback), he’s someone owners should be starting for Thursday night’s game. Kelce had his first 1,000 yard season last year and is on the rise in the NFL for sure.
The Patriots are good at taking away their opposition’s best weapon, but that doesn’t mean they can keep Kelce away from the football all night. Kelce will see several passes thrown his way and he’s known for his ability to put up yards after the catch.
Chances are, owners spent an early round pick on Travis Kelce (especially in leagues with Chiefs fans), so don’t let that pick go to waste. Start Travis Kelce on Thursday.
