Five Games That Could Be in the Win Column – Week 3: Ohio
Last season, the Jayhawks played the Ohio Bobcats of the MAC with some disappointing results. While the Jayhawks were a stretch to win the game, they faced a less than great team in the Ohio Bobcats. Considering that, the score should have looked better than 37-21.
It should be a different result this season. KU actually looked like they could have won that game last year, but they made their comeback a little too late.
If Kansas can take this game against the Bobcats, they’ll have gone 3-0 in non-conference play and would have the same record on the season. That’d be HUGE for a program that only won two games a season ago.
While Ohio did beat the Jayhawks last year, we’re talking about two different teams now. Ohio is normally near the top of MAC play, but they’re getting a more difficult Kansas Jayhawks football team this go around. Let’s hope the Jayhawks come out on top.
