JUSTIN HOUSTON

“Mama Said Knock You Out” by LL Cool J

When Justin Houston is on, he’s ON, man. His 2014 season that saw him put up 22 sacks on the year was insane and the Chiefs rewarded him handsomely for his efforts that year with a six-year contract worth over $100 million.

Everyone knows [Houston]’s still good and he’s going to prove that sentiment in just a few weeks.

Unfortunately, Houston hasn’t lived up to that deal at all, but word on the street is that he’s looking pretty damn good this offseason. If that’s the case, then the AFC West legitimately has the best pass rushers in the entire league and there’s no doubting that whatsoever.

With Houston returning to action, hopefully up to full health, his walk-out song would be one that highlights laying down the hurt and not calling it a comeback. This song is “Mama Said Knock You Out” by LL Cool J, a slick 90s hip hop jam that gets everybody fired up.

"Don’t call it a comeback I’ve been here for years I’m rocking my peers Puttin’ suckers in fear"

Those lyrics describe Justin Houston so perfectly it’s not even funny. The former Georgia product had some electric years with the Chiefs and then saw some downtime on the sidelines while he tried to “get right”. Everyone knows he’s still good though and he’s going to prove that sentiment in just a few weeks.

Listen to the bass go boom, EXPLOSIONS!!!!
