Five Bold Predictions for the 2017-2018 Season

KU Football Wins in A Blowout… And It Is Not the Season Opener

We all know that KU Football is used to being blown out. It was a common theme last season, but what if the Jayhawks do the blowing out?

Forget Southeast Missouri State for a moment. That blowout may be a given. Think about Texas Tech, Iowa State, and TCU. These schools are vulnerable. Not just vulnerable to a loss, but vulnerable to a blowout loss.

Kansas may not be the team that will blow them out, but they eventually will get blown out. I am just saying that the Jayhawks will blow out one Big 12 opponent. That is the bold prediction right there. KU Football beats a Big 12 team by upwards of 20 points.

Why couldn’t this happen? The Jayhawks become polar opposites next season and blow out an opponent in the Big 12. Crazier things have happened, haven’t they? Just like Kansas beating Texas in football, anything can happen.
