Fantasy Football Quarterbacks to Target in 2017 – Number 2: TOM BRADY

2016 Ranking: 15th

Tom Brady was likely only the 15th best quarterback a season ago due to missing the first four games of the year because of “Deflate Gate”, but he’s definitely one of the best QBs heading into 2017. As a result, you should look into drafting him in the second or third round.

Brady doesn’t need elite receivers to be good, but having Gronk and Cooks will certainly make him worthy of a second round pick at the earliest.

Most athletes decline in performance as they get older, but Brady has really flipped the script on that one. He somehow has gotten better over these last few years despite recently having turned 40 years old!

Brady threw for 3,554 yards last year with 28 touchdowns and only two interceptions. That’s right… TWO interceptions! Brady was already a steal last year in fantasy due to the suspensions, but if you waited and drafted him later, you had to be ecstatic with your investment.

This year, Brady will be just as good, though only throwing two picks isn’t likely. He’ll still get your team plenty of points and will have his favorite target back in Rob Gronkowski as well as new guy Brandin Cooks.
