Fantasy Football Tight Ends to Target in 2017 – Number 2: TRAVIS KELCE

2016 Ranking: 1st

Woohoo! It’s our man Travis Kelce, Kansas City! Anyone who wasn’t familiar with Travis Kelce before last year certainly knows about him now. He’s no longer the best kept secret at tight end.

Make no mistake. Once Rob Gronkowski is off the board, Travis Kelce will follow shortly after due to that “panic” that’ll set in for owners. Kelce is worthy of a third round pick, but people might reach on him once Gronk is taken.

Last season, Kelce was the best tight end in all of fantasy football. The dude put up massive numbers and it led to 223 points for his fantasy owners. The Chiefs tight end had 1,125 yards off of 85 receptions last year, but only found the end zone four times.

It’s tough to really hype up a Chiefs offensive player a whole lot due to the quarterback being Alex Smith, but Kelce is going to produce. He had some dud games a season ago, but what player doesn’t? Travis Kelce should end up being one of your best players, and unlike Gronk, he doesn’t miss games.

Draft Kelce and enjoy those fantasy points, kiddos.
