Fantasy Football Tight Ends to Target in 2017 – Number 5: JIMMY GRAHAM

2016 Ranking: 4th

Jimmy Graham‘s production in his first year with the Seahawks was less than stellar, which is likely why a lot of fantasy football owners shied away from drafting him last year. Those people ended up regretting that (I know I did), as Graham broke off for 189.3 points in PPR standard leagues.

Graham had 923 yards on the year off of 65 receptions and found the end zone six times. He’s still not quite to the level that he was in New Orleans, but he’s still worthy of being one of the first tight ends off the board.

Graham seemed to be one of Russell Wilson’s favorite targets last season, but could the inconsistency between 2015 and 2016 production become an issue? That’s the only thing that worries me when it comes to drafting Graham.

Jimmy Graham is worth a pick sometime between the third and fifth round. Once you see other owners start to grab the top options, look to nab Graham somewhere in there.
