#15 Tennessee Titans
The Titans invested heavily in their secondary this offseason, and that should be enough to bump them into the top 15. Fantasy Football owners should expect a few frustrating games this year though as this is a group that still needs to gel and learn to play Dick LeBeau’s system.
2016 Ranking: 25th
There is no denying that this team is still intent on building around Marcus Mariota. That means the defense can sometimes become an afterthought. I think they’ll be a much better unit on the field this year, but not necessarily in Fantasy Football.
Keep an eye on Tennessee moving forward, as this is a unit you might want to have in the future. Sometimes a team with a lot of talent is still just a year away from putting it all together. That’s where I see the Titans at this year.
