Somebody in New York apparently decided to start investing in the defense again. The Giants have been big spenders on that side of the ball in recent years, and Fantasy Football owners stand to reap the rewards. There are playmakers at every level of this defense, so definitely keep them in your plans.
2016 Ranking: 5th
This Giants defense should be absolutely solid again. They have the talent to enter the conversation of elite units. That’s good news for New York fans who (accurately) remember how the team got their Super Bowl victories in recent years.
What is good news for fantasy owners is that this team is one that can create turnovers on a pretty consistent basis. That’s a huge plus and can be a difference maker on your fantasy roster. They’re one of the few defenses that I would say is worth an earlier investment.
