Week 15 – Kansas City Chiefs vs Los Angeles Chargers

Saturday, December 16th, 2017 (7:25 CST kickoff on NFL Network)

The Chiefs will host a game at Arrowhead on a Saturday late in the season and the opponent will be the Los Angeles Chargers, who beat the Chiefs back in September. I’ve been high on the Bolts all offseason, but I don’t see them sweeping Kansas City in 2017.

Rivers has always played well against Kansas City, going 13-10 against them in his long career. Without taking my earlier prediction into account, Rivers hasn’t beaten the Chiefs since the 2013 season, which seems crazy to think of considering he used to own Kansas City.

It’ll be a Saturday evening and we all know just how jacked Chiefs Kingdom gets for primetime games.

The Chiefs have had the formula to stopping Rivers lately (at least when it’s mattered) and they’ll breakout that formula for this important week 15 match-up.

With this being the third to last game of the season and the Chiefs being in play for both the division title or just a playoff spot in general, the guys are going to go out and own the Chargers. It’ll be a Saturday evening and we all know just how jacked Chiefs Kingdom gets for primetime games.

Expect a cold, but super fun and impressive game from the Kansas City Chiefs in week 15. With this win, the Chiefs would earn their ninth win and guarantee a streak of five-straight winning seasons for the franchise. Any fan will be happy if that ends up being the case.

Prediction: Chiefs keep this game out of reach for Rivers and the Chargers. 24-13, Chiefs.

Standout Player: Eric Berry intercepts Rivers in the end zone near the end of the fourth quarter and prevents the Bolts from making a late-game comeback. Phew!
