Dante Hall – Chiefs: “The Human Joystick”

It says a lot about the Kansas City Chiefs return man that he made this list twice. For someone who didn’t see the field all that often, Dante Hall sure did have a tremendous impact. This moniker is definitely the superior of the two that Hall earned. You only have to watch a little bit of his highlights to get why.

Watching Dante Hall reverse field, or shake multiple defenders at once, was absolutely amazing for Chiefs fans. In a single play, Hall could change the course of a football game. His ability to change field position, or to simply take one to the house, was a huge weapon for Dick Vermeil.

It’s unfortunate that the Chiefs made the decision to use him more on offense. Whether it was the additional exposure or the wear and tear of increased carries, Hall’s impact simply did not hold up. It’s too bad, as Dante Hall was one of the most electrifying players to watch.
