The Seahawks need offensive line help, and this is not a good draft class for it. They get aggressive here to go and get a guy that many analysts believe is the best offensive tackle in the class. The Dolphins have multiple needs right now and can afford to drop back. Getting the extra 3rd rd pick is a solid addition for them.

2017 NFL Draft: KC Kingdom Mock Draft

Seattle Seahawks – Jesse Holt

36. This pick will help shore up a weak offensive line for the Seahawks and hopefully keep Russell Wilson injury-free in 2017. Ramczyk, despite only playing one season in Division 1, rates as the best offensive tackle in the Draft. He has shown great success in opening up lanes for the running game and has the physical tools to make an impact in the passing game with more experience.. Offensive Tackle. Wisconsin. Ryan Ramczyk. 22. player

KC Kingdom Scouting Report:

He’s also the best offensive lineman available in the 2017 NFL Draft. Drafting the tackle out of Wisconsin would give an NFL team a solid guy at the left tackle spot for years to come.

Insider Talk – NFL.com:

“He’s really athletic and he’s really smart. There are a lot of Wisconsin linemen who start in the league because they learn an NFL system and they are taught the right way. He played against Arden Key, Sam Hubbard and Taco Charlton. This guy is battle tested against three future first rounders.” – NFC midwest scout

Staff Reaction:

Trading up to get an offensive lineman in a weak offensive lineman class probably wasn’t necessary, but the Seahawks got their guy and added to an area of concern. – Leigh Oleszczak
