A replacement for Derrick Johnson very well could be on the list for the Kansas City Chiefs. Johnson is certainly coming to the end of his career, and is recovering from his second Achilles injury. For their own part, the Chiefs have been doing some investigating in prospects at that position.
However, I’m not sold that the Chiefs need a replacement for Derrick Johnson. I think they have that guy already on the roster with Ramik Wilson. In fact, there are a couple of options as Justin March-Lillard also shows promise at the position. However, KC does need a new “thumper” next to Johnson. I don’t think Jarrad Davis is that guy though.
