This is actually a very possible outcome for the Kansas City Chiefs. I’ve already talked about how I think quarterbacks will be taken early this year. If that is the case, then DeShone Kizer may certainly be the best one available when the 27th pick comes around. The question may be whether the Chiefs like Kizer or not.
Kansas City has done their research on quarterbacks this year. So whatever decision they make will be as well-informed as they can be. Analysts agree that none of these top quarterbacks are ready to start right away. That means teams will be looking for the guy they think can be developed. Is that DeShone Kizer?
