Kansas City Chiefs Mock Draft Roundup

Terez Paylor – Kansas City Star

Check out his latest mock draft here.

Let’s think about this critically. One thing we know about John Dorsey — something that has been proven over the last four years — is that the Chiefs love to draft one year ahead of need in the first round. The Chiefs could essentially do that by taking an edge rusher in the first round. Stay with me here.. EDGE. Houston. Tyus Bowser. 27. player. 124

Oh yes, a pass rusher is absolutely an option for the Kansas City Chiefs. This is something I’ve been saying for a while, and the Chiefs have been looking into them. The truth is that the pass rush was not very good last year. There are some questions that need to be answered, and Tyus Bowser could be that answer.

Tamba Hali is dealing with age, Justin Houston is dealing with injuries, and Dee Ford is dealing with…who knows what. Truth be told, I think the Chiefs are looking to move on from Ford who has been ineffective outside of a five game stretch last year. This is a great class to be looking for an early pass rusher.
