Worst John Dorsey Picks For The Kansas City Chiefs #2

Kevin Hogan – QB: 5th Round of 2016 NFL Draft

The Kansas City Chiefs have been pretty proactive about addressing the quarterback position. However, that doesn’t mean they’ve done well there. Kevin Hogan was a fifth round just last season, but is already on another roster. That’s a horrific waste of a draft pick.

Kevin Hogan, like Braden Wilson, wouldn’t even make the team out of Training Camp. Instead, the Chiefs chose to bring in veteran Nick Foles as a backup. Hogan would go on to the Browns, where he actually got some playing time (and didn’t look bad) before getting hurt. He is currently one of several quarterbacks in the Browns quagmire at the position.

Who Could They Have Had?

We have to wait and see who, if anyone, emerges as a quality player from the 2016 NFL Draft. However, it’s hard to imagine that there won’t be at least one guy who could have at least made the roster for the Chiefs.
