Big 12 NCAA Bracket Breakdown

Pick Summary

Compared to some of the more disappointing showings that the Big 12 has had in the past years, this should be a pretty decent showing, especially if my favorite to win it all really does win it all. Kansas definitely has shown the mental toughness that is needed to make a championship run.

Previously I would have had Oklahoma State, Iowa State, and Baylor for some deep tournament runs. I honestly believe that the Selection committee screwed a majority of the Big 12. Oklahoma State stacked up against a red hot Michigan team is a painful choice.

Also, Iowa State stacked up against Nevada is cruel as well. Nevada is talented and should have been seeded higher honestly.

Baylor was one of my favorites to make a Final Four run. Though now they have seem to become extremely inconsistent as of late which is not good for a team looking for a deep run.

All in all, the Big 12 should have a decent outing in the Big Dance, but ultimately the conference will be left wanting and striving for more.
