Originally I was going to include Washington’s Lorenzo Romar on this list, but news surfaced late Monday evening that he’d be staying with the Huskies.

For those of you wondering why I didn’t include Gregg Marshall from Wichita State on here, the answer is simple. I just don’t see that happening. Marshall has done great for himself at Wichita State and going to Missouri just doesn’t seem like a fit.

As for the rest of these guys, I think Cuonzo Martin is the most likely candidate. He has ties to the area and if he’s unhappy with his current job, he might be looking to relocate somewhere. If that somewhere is closer to home, all the better for the current Golden Bear coach.

At this point, however, any hire is a good hire. While I like Kim Anderson, having him step down was the right move for both sides. Mizzou can try and rebuild once more, and Anderson can either head back to Division II or take some time off.

What do you think, MU fans? Would you be content with any of these guys coming to Columbia?
