TYLER BRAY

The first option is the one that the Kansas City Chiefs have had on their roster since 2013 and it’s Tyler Bray. Bray went undrafted in 2013, the Chiefs signed him to a deal, and he’s been in Kansas City ever since.

I’m not sure what it is about Bray, but the Chiefs appear to be really high on this kid for whatever reason. He’s yet to take a single regular season snap and hasn’t looked all that impressive in the preseason. With that said, however, he’s remained on the team’s roster throughout the past four seasons and will be heading into his fifth with the Chiefs.

Bray had a chance to be the backup last season, but the Chiefs organization opted to sign Nick Foles rather than give Bray that opportunity. That to me is all fans need to know when deciphering if Bray is the guy or not.

I think Tyler Bray will get another preseason to try and wow the Chiefs staff, but I don’t see him making it through another summer as the Chiefs third-string quarterback. Then again… I’m sure I said the same thing last year and here we are.
