RANKING EVERY CHIEFS GAME FROM 2016 SEASON: NUMBER 16 – WEEK 4 VS STEELERS (45-14 LOSS)

It figures that the two worst games of the Kansas City Chiefs’ 2016 season were against the Steelers, but they were. Their first game against Pittsburgh in 2016 was on Sunday Night Football in week four and the Chiefs got flat out destroyed on primetime television for all of the world to see.

It was 22-0 at the end of the first quarter.

It was evident from the first Steelers offensive drive that this game wasn’t going to go in Kansas City’s favor. Big Ben took a shot right down the field at Marcus Peters and connected on a big play to later put six points on the board just a minute into the game.

On Kansas City’s second offensive possession, Spencer Ware fumbled, setting the Steelers up in the red zone and making it a 14-0 game within minutes of the first quarter. Alex Smith then threw an interception on the next possession and that led to… You guessed it. Another Steelers touchdown.

It was 22-0 at the end of the first quarter.

The Chiefs would go onto to tack on two garbage time touchdowns in the fourth quarter, but this game was humiliating in all aspects.
