Offense:

Jeremy Maclin – WR

In an offense that is suddenly built around playmakers, Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Jeremy Maclin takes a bit of a backseat. It’s not a stretch to say that this is a year Maclin would like to forget about. However, that doesn’t change the fact that he is a dangerous weapon for the Chiefs. His ability to run excellent routes and haul in tough passes makes him a constant threat.

Jeremy Maclin has proven throughout his career that he can break off a big play. In fact, this is the first year in his career that he has not had a catch of 50+ yards. Do not be surprised if that changes in the postseason. Especially with all the attention that opposing defenses will have to give to Tyreek Hill and Travis Kelce. Maclin should get a lot of favorable match ups.

Chiefs fans already know that Alex Smith likes getting the ball to Jeremy Maclin. Smith trusts his top receiver to both win his routes and hold onto the ball. Even with this being a rough season for Maclin, I expect the Chiefs will call his number more than a few times. He is sure to see a lot of one on one match ups.
