Kansas City Chiefs: Recent Win Proves Team is For Real
What To Watch For Sunday
Obviously as KC Chiefs fans, our boys need to take care of business against the Chargers on New Year’s Day. If they beat the Bolts and the Raiders lose, Kansas City will get the two-seed, which comes with the team’s first home playoff game since the 2010 debacle against the Ravens.
If the Raiders win, however, then a Chiefs win still puts Kansas City as the five-seed. Worst case scenario obviously is losing and then Miami beating the Patriots, because then the Chiefs would be the six seed and have to go to Pittsburgh.
It’d also make Oakland the one-seed and make it possible for the Chiefs to play there instead of having to go to New England in the divisional round. I would much rather play a team that we’ve already beat twice than playing on the road in Foxboro.
While I’m confident this bunch can beat anyone, I’d rather play the team with a backup quarterback than possible MVP Tom Brady.

Back to the San Diego game though, look for Marcus Peters to get his first pick since week six. You know he is itching for one, especially after Demaryius Thomas took one away from him on Sunday night.
I have a feeling Peters is going to take one to the house in sunny Southern California. My prediction for the game is Chiefs 34 Chargers 13.
Go Chiefs!
