AFC Playoffs 3rd Seed

Pittsburgh Steelers (10-5)

If there is one team that Kansas City Chiefs fans could be called “afraid” of, it’s the Pittsburgh Steelers. Chiefs fans still remember the 43-14 beatdown that the Steelers laid down in Week 4 of the regular season. With the exception of a stretch without Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh has been one of the more dominant teams in the NFL.

The Steelers are locked in as the third spot in the AFC playoff picture. Pittsburgh is in a rare position of being able to rest their starters ahead of Wild Card weekend. All that remains to be seen for this team is who they will be facing in the opening round.

It’s hard to not consider the Steelers a favorite in the postseason. Pittsburgh is a solid team in their own route, but also have the benefit of being healthy. However, a lot could be determined by who they face in the opening round of the playoffs. There is no denying that a Chiefs vs Steelers rematch would be highly anticipated.
