The KC Chiefs have been lacking a “rival” that other teams can trash talk with. They have one now and his name is Travis Kelce. Chiefs fans love him, but other teams can’t stand the guy.
When the Kansas City Chiefs drafted tight end Travis Kelce in the third round in the 2013 NFL Draft, no one knew just how much of a playmaker the stud out of Cincinnati would be.
Kelce was on the injured reserve for his entire rookie season, but has been terrific ever since then. His first two seasons saw him posting over 800 yards receiving with five touchdowns a piece.
When the 2016 season began, fans had high hopes that Kelce would join the ranks of the Rob Gronkowskis and Greg Olsens of the world and be one of those elite tight ends. He got off to a slow start and struggled with drops, but has been absolutely insane in the past four games.
