Bad: Pass Rush

Where was the pass rush? I know the Oakland Raiders offensive line is good, but the Chiefs got through them in week six with two sacks on Derek Carr and a stripped fumble.

This week, there was not much going on, even with the two young studs in Justin Houston and Dee Ford on the field together, both fully healthy.

Kansas City only managed one sack on Carr, and it was a half sack for Houston and a half sack for Rakeem Nunez-Roches. Nunez-Roches is becoming a steal for the Chiefs and it’s great to see him make plays.

I guess we can chalk this one up to the Oakland o-line being insanely good, but with a loud and ruckus crowd at  Arrowhead, the pass rush should have been making Carr’s life a living hell out on the field.
