AFC Playoffs 4th Seed: Baltimore Ravens (5-5)

It almost isnt’ fair that the Kansas City Chiefs are in a tight race for a playoff spot when the Baltimore Ravens are sitting at 5-5. However, the surest way to make the postseason is to win your division. That is what the Ravens are currently doing by virtue of their win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.

However, if the Ravens are going to make it to the playoffs, they will earn it. Baltimore has a tough stretch of games coming up with Miami, New England, Philadelphia, and Pittsburgh in consecutive weeks. Bracketing that stretch of games will be match ups against the Cincinnati Bengals who can be a dangerous unit.

Of all the current playoff hopefulls, I think the Ravens are the least likely to make it to the postseason. Their remaining schedule is pretty brutal, and they just aren’t a very complete team right now. If Baltimore does make it though, they will have a pretty healthy dose of momentum working for them.
