Kansas City Chiefs: Five Things To Watch Vs Jacksonville Jaguars

Can The Chiefs Overcome All The Injuries?
Simply put, any and all concern regarding the Kansas City Chiefs this week stems from injuries. Losing three starters on offense is always a big deal. Fortunately, the Chiefs are well-suited to handle these particular injuries. Even with Alex Smith, Spencer Ware, and Parker Ehinger being out, the Chiefs have players with starting experience ready to go.
Stepping in for the injured starters will be Nick Foles, Charcandrick West, and Zach Fulton. Of the three Foles has the least experience…as a Chief. Foles has previously been a starter for both the Rams and Andy Reid’s Eagles. That kind of resume is very good for a backup quarterback.
West and Fulton both have starting experience for the Chiefs. In fact, Charcandrick West was originally ahead of Spencer Ware on the depth chart in 2015. When called upon, West put up several quality games before getting injured. Fulton hasn’t been as good in his starting experience, but he should be reliable enough for the Chiefs to get by.
