Chiefs Defense/Special Teams

Projection: 3 Sacks, 2 INTs, 1 TD, and 20 – 30 points allowed

This may suprise some folks, but I do like the Kansas City Chiefs defense as a Fantasy Football play this week.  The Colts offense is talented, there is no denying that.  However, the offensive line has surrendered the most sacks in the NFL.  The Chiefs are starting to find their pass rush again, and I think this is a break through game.

The Chiefs are tied for the second most takeaways in the league.  While the Colts haven’t commited a lot of turnovers this year, they have given the ball away against better defenses.  That’s an area the Chiefs should be able to capitalize on.  I also see this as a week where either the defense or return game find the endzone.

The Chiefs defense should absolutely be on your Fantasy Football league team.  They force turnovers and are starting to find their groove.  This could be a 10 points per week unit for you.  If you are looking at the Chiefs as a DFS play, I like it.  The Chiefs are still a low cost unit in DFS, so you should be able to get your value out of them.
