Bad: Cairo Santos

After looking like he was on his way to becoming one of the best kickers in the NFL, Cairo Santos struggled in the rain in Oakland.

I’m not going to look too much into this one, as it was gross outside and Santos has been pretty clutch so far this season.

After the Chiefs scored their second touchdown, Santos missed the extra point, meaning the Chiefs only had a 13-7 lead. Many thought that miss might come back to haunt the Chiefs, but Santos continued to struggle.

On a late second quarter field goal attempt, Santos missed yet again. The score should have then been 16-7 Chiefs, but it was still only 13-7.

Santos did end up getting it together and hit two field goals to help the Chiefs win the game. So, yes, it could have been much worse for sure.

I’m not going to look too much into this one, as it was gross outside and Santos has been pretty clutch so far this season. It was a little worrisome though during the game, not going to lie.

He’ll get back to form next week.
