Kansas City Chiefs: Five Things To Watch Vs Pittsburgh Steelers
By Ben Almquist
Marcus Peters vs Antonio Brown
Kansas City Chiefs star cornerback Marcus Peters continues his tour of the NFL’s best wide receivers. This time it will be the man many believe is the absolute best in the league, Antonio Brown. This will be a huge test for Peters, and it isn’t a stretch to believe the game hinges on this match up.
Peters is coming off of a bragging rights performance in which he absolutely shut down Jets receiver Brandon Marshall. Peters was targeted just five times all game, and gave up only two receptions. With two interceptions, he caught as many balls as he allowed to be caught. Peters currently sits atop the NFL with four interceptions. Antonio Brown is coming off a 12 reception for 140 yards performance against the Eagles. He is currently the fourth leading receiver in the NFL.
You couldn’t ask for a better prime time match up than these two players. A couple of weeks ago, Marcus Peters had an absolute dog fight against DeAndre Hopkins. That resulted in Hopkins recording four catches for 41 yards and a touchdown, while Peters again had two interceptions. I expect this match to end in similar fashion. It should be fun to watch, but will have major implications for the final score.

The Chiefs can absolutely win this game. The Steelers can absolutely win this game. The match ups this week are phenomenal and set the table for what should be an exciting game. The NFL really got it right with KC vs PIT on Sunday prime time this week. I think we’re in for one of the best games of the year.
