Kansas City Chiefs: Five Things To Watch Vs Pittsburgh Steelers
By Ben Almquist
Chiefs DL vs Le’Veon Bell
The Kansas City Chiefs are almost never on the lucky side of things. That includes the decision by the NFL to reduce the suspension of Steelers running back Le’Veon Bell by one game. That one game, of course, means that Bell will be available this Sunday against the Chiefs. Go figure.
Le’Veon Bell is one of the best running backs in the league. He is a threat every time he touches the ball. Conversely, the Chiefs defense has had some early question marks about it’s ability to stop the run. The Chiefs are currently 24th in the NFL in rushing yards allowed and 18th in yards per attempt allowed.
The Steelers will want to get the run game going early on to open up the pass. Pittsburgh presents a tough match up not just with Bell, but with DeAngelo Williams as well. The Chiefs will have to step up their game to stop both.
