Will The Chiefs Pass Rush Continue To Improve?

The Chiefs sacked Brock Osweiler twice, once by Derrick Johnson and the other by Tamba Hali. Dee Ford didn’t record a sack but he forced Osweiler to throw the football early a few times. Ford also tackled three Texans and looked better against the running game this week.

Rookie, Chris Jones, should see more playing time. He looks like a freak of nature on the field. Here’s a highlight of Jones from the Texans game.

This next play should be illegal worldwide. Chris Jones gets the double team treatment leading to Dontari Poe‘s murder of the Texans center.

If the Chiefs defensive line can continue this type of defense against the Jets, Kansas City has a legitimate chance of destroying the Jets if KC holds onto the football. The Chiefs fumbled the ball three times against the Texans last weekend.
