The Kansas City Chiefs take on the New York Jets this Sunday afternoon at home. Here’s what we (Chiefs fans) should be watching for.

The KC Chiefs return home to Arrowhead Stadium to get back on the winning track versus the New York Jets balanced offensive attack. The Chiefs could be receiving one of their best running backs on Sunday. That would be a great homecoming present.

The Chiefs want to stay away from the turnover bug that bit them in Houston. Kansas City turned the ball over three times and it could have been worse. Somehow the Chiefs only lost 19 to 12 against the Texans due to the Chiefs defense stepping up.

The defense will need to do what they did against the Texans against the Jets this week to give Kansas City a shot at winning the game. Pass rush is vital to stopping the wide receivers the Jets have. Dee Ford will need to step up even more in the absence of Justin Houston.

Here are five more critical things to watch for during the Chiefs game this weekend against the Jets.
