Spencer Ware

In 2015 the Kansas City Chiefs swept the San Diego Chargers.  The first meeting between the two teams was a complete blowout.  One of the major players in that blowout was running back Spencer Ware.  Despite splitting carries with Charcandrick West, Ware absolutely dominated the Chargers.

11 carries for 96 yards and 2 touchdowns was the final bill for Ware.  In the Chiefs second contest with the Chargers in 2015, Ware was less effective…though he still went for 52 yards on 8 carries.  All of that together spells a big day for the Chiefs running back.

If Spencer Ware can build off of his previous performances against the Chargers, he will be in for a huge day.  As it stands, Ware looks to be getting the start with both Jamaal Charles and Charcandrick West still coming back from injuries.  That also means that Ware will probably not be splitting carries.  Ware could be the key to the Chiefs having a big game.
