Fantasy Football Wide Receivers – Number 7: Jordy Nelson

2014 Stats (injured all throughout 2015): 98 REC 1,519 YDS 8 TDS

The Green Bay veteran in Jordy Nelson is looking to have a comeback season.

Last season he suffered a torn ACL and is still working on getting back to his feet. If you like high risk and high reward, then Nelson is your pick.

It’s not like Nelson hasn’t proved himself to be a tremendous fantasy football pick in the past. In 2014, Nelson put up a career high in receiving yards at 1,519.

While I would not expect those types of numbers with the former Kansas State Wildcat coming off a torn ACL, he will be a force in the Packers offense and is definitely worth an early round grab.

After coming off a mediocre season, Nelson’s quarterback, Aaron Rodgers, looks to improve on the MVP status he’s known for having. Rodgers and Nelson have a long history and getting back on the same page should be easy enough for Nelson to get your team some production.
