The Kansas City Chiefs kick off their preseason schedule this weekend against NFC powerhouse, the Seattle Seahawks.  Here are the five things you should keep your eyes on in this game.

HAPPY RED FRIDAY KANSAS CITY CHIEFS FANS!!!  Ok, so not quite, but doesn’t it feel good to see that again?  At least we have some football on the big screen for the first time in what feels like forever.  The Kansas City Chiefs are set to host the Seattle Seahawks tomorrow afternoon as they get started on their preseason schedule.

Now, we all know that there are a lot of folks out there that say preseason football isn’t real football.  We also know that those same people will be just as glued to the television screen as all the rest of us because this IS football.

The Chiefs are facing off against a quality opponent, which is a good thing.  The Seattle Seahawks are one of the better franchises in the NFL, having won a Super Bowl and appeared in another in the past few years.  Of course, Chiefs fans remember how we beat the Seahawks (and laid claim to the noise record…twice).

None of that matters now though because this is 2016 and nothing in any other year matters.  It’s a new season and a new set of challenges for our Chiefs, though some are a bit familiar.  Every team comes into the new season with question marks.  Every team has areas of concern.  So here are the five areas that you need to be keeping your eyes on as the Kansas City Chiefs take the field for the first time in 2016.
