Kansas City Chiefs: First Depth Chart Breakdown – Defense

LILB – Derrick Johnson, DJ Alexander, Justin March, Terrance Smith

There is a slight surprise for the Kansas City Chiefs here as many feel that Justin March has shown he deserves a bigger role. However, without having much experience outside of practices, it does make sense that he would be behind DJ Alexander.

The Chiefs should be keeping Derrick Johnson, DJ Alexander, and Justin March on their roster this season. This is a talented group though, and it may not be possible to keep everyone.  If that is the case, I would expect March to be kept over Alexander based on their camp performances…and that isn’t saying anything negative about DJ Alexander.
