RDE – Allen Bailey, Nick Williams, David King

Again, no surprise here for the Kansas City Chiefs. Allen Bailey is set in stone as the starter with Nick Williams as the top backup.  David King is bringing up the rear of the depth chart here, as he did in 2015.  The Chiefs have a lot of stability at this position.

Allen Bailey is a lock for the Chiefs roster, but there may be a battle between Nick Williams and David King for a roster spot. The Chiefs probably will not keep more than six defensive linemen.  Four of those spots are pretty much sewn up with Bailey, Dontari Poe, Jaye Howard, and Chris Jones.  Rakeem Nunez-Roaches is also likely to make the roster, which could leave just one spot left to fight over.
