LT – Eric Fisher, Zach Sterup, Reid Fragel

Fresh off a contract extension with the Kansas City Chiefs, there was no way that Eric Fisher wasn’t going to be the starter here. The surprise comes from Zach Sterup, an UDFA rookie out of Nebraska who has really caught some eyes in camp.  He has already gotten ahead of Reid Fragel who spent some time on the Chiefs roster last season.

Zach Sterup has a shot at making this roster, but his most likely avenue to the NFL will go through the Chiefs Practice Squad. He is making it a difficult choice though, and that’s a very good thing.  The Chiefs have to be pleased with the progress of their offensive line.  This is the first time since Andy Reid and John Dorsey got to KC that there hasn’t been extensive shuffling of the starting five.
