Fantasy Football Tight Ends: Top 15 To Target In 2016
By Collin Bell
2016 Fantasy Football Tight Ends: Number 14 – Zach Ertz
2015 stats: 75 REC 853 YDS 2 TDS
Zach Ertz, like many other Eagles, struggled throughout the Chip Kelly circus over the past few seasons. He didn’t get any help from below average quarterback play from Sam Bradford and Mark Sanchez.
Ertz will look to get back on track this season in new Head Coach Doug Pederson‘s system. Bradford looks to be over his trade requests an will be Philly’s starter for the time being.
If Ertz and Bradford can continue to get familiar with each other, Ertz can be a viable pick up when injuries and bye weeks happen.
He’s not someone I’d recommend counting on being your number one tight end, but he would be a nice backup. It’d be difficult for Ertz to have a worse season than he did in 2015.
