Daily recap of the Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp.  Day Two featured rookie wide receiver Tyreek Hill turning heads.

Kansas City Chiefs Training Camp is off and rolling with the second day of rookies, quarterbacks, and select veterans getting in work before the rest of the team takes the field on Saturday.  This is an important time for these players, especially the rookies, because it gives them a chance to get noticed before established veterans start taking up snaps.

With a limited number of bodies on the field (Chiefs have 30 players in camp right now) and no pads or hitting, it is tough to get a real feel for who is performing well.  However, it is hard to not be impressed by the show that rookie wide receiver Tyreek Hill is putting on so far.

Hill was a much debated draft pick when the Chiefs selected him.  On the field, he is an electric player with next level physical abilities.  The questions with him involve his off the field behavior.  The only way Tyreek Hill will win over fans is to keep his nose clean off the field, and light up the highlight reel on it…he’s off to a good start.

Of course, the pads aren’t on yet, so we still have a lot to learn about Tyreek Hill and the rest of the rookies.  That doesn’t mean we can’t get excited about him.  A lot of people on and around the team certainly seem to be buying in on him.
