Best Quarterbacks in Kansas State football history: 1. Collin Klein
The best that ever was at Kansas State University is none other than Collin Klein, who played for the Cats from 2009-2012. One year removed from Josh Freeman, the Wildcats wound up with the best quarterback they’d ever have in Klein, who threw for 4,724 yards, 30 touchdowns, and 15 interceptions.
Klein was yet another Wildcat, who could do damage on the ground, rushing for a total of 2,485 yards in four years. He had 56 trips into the end zone with his legs, 50 of those occurring during his junior and senior seasons.
