Best Tight Ends in Chiefs History – Number 4: Walter White

Before Breaking Bad was a thing, Walter White was the name of one of the best tight ends in KC Chiefs history. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs from 1975 to 1979.

While White was only a member of the Chiefs for five seasons, he flourished for the Chiefs during his time with them. He was drafted in the third round of the 1975 NFL Draft by Pittsburgh, but was traded to Kansas City. He recorded three touchdowns during his rookie year.

White’s final Chiefs stats were 163 receptions for 2,396 yards and 16 touchdowns. His best season came in 1976 when he had 47 receptions for 808 yards and seven touchdowns.

Walter White had a nice career in Kansas City, but he only spent those five seasons in the NFL. Still, those five seasons were enough to put him as the fourth best tight end in team history.
