A ball he scoops up nearly every time, bounced by his glove letting the go-ahead run score. Alex Gordon picked him up, as this team so often does, and Eric Hosmer got his chance to rectify the situation later in the game. Eric Hosmer is only 26 this season and showed up to camp with some extra muscle. If his muscle translates to even more power, then he’s bound to improve on these highlights with even more impressive plays in 2016.
He wowed everyone when he dashed home to help win the World Series last year. That’s going to be tough to top, but if anyone can do it, it’s Eric Hosmer.
